Gibson Rises to Top 12 in 2024 Globe and Mail Board Rankings

 

For the 23nd year in a row, Report on Business has rated the work of Canada’s corporate boards using a rigorous set of governance criteria designed to go far beyond minimum mandatory rules imposed by regulators. Markers at Global Governance Advisors examined the governance practices of 215 companies and trusts in the S&P/TSX Composite Index to assess the quality of their governance practices.

Gibson ranked 12th out of 215 companies, scoring 96 out of 100 points, which is quite a milestone achievement and is a reflection of our Board, our best-in-class governance practices and the hard work of our teams committed to continuously improving our reporting standards.
