The photos and videos and any copies thereof, in whole or in part, and all copyright and any other proprietary rights, including moral rights, are and will remain the sole property of Gibson Energy, regardless of the use made by you of the same and in any format and are protected by Canadian copyright laws and trademark laws and international provisions. You agree not to rent, loan, license, sublicense, market, or sell photos and videos or copies thereof, in whole or in part. This License confers no title of ownership in the photos and videos and this license is not a sale of any rights in the photos and videos.

Gibson Energy reserves the right to withdraw, at our discretion, permission to use photos and videos and may request any party to discontinue use of photos and videos.
